The 36-week Weight-loss Program at Innovations is an accountability program for those who are looking to lose from 15 pounds to 100 pounds, are not currently exercising on a regular basis and are ready to commit to the 36-week plan and 30 minutes sessions 3 times a week. The program offers a nutrition and fitness plan, food log and personal fitness coaching as well as free body fat analysis, nutrition check-up sessions and a fitness handbook. Our manager and fitness coach, Sherry, has been helping weight loss clients succeed, and is here to help you get started when you are ready.
